Our health is an important subject for all of us. How much we eat, how much we exercise and how much we sleep are all topics of discussion when mentioning health. The United States in particular is surrounded by conversations of obesity, but on the flip side one of the greatest consumers of health care products. As popular of a subject health is it can also be an uncomfortable one. People who are overweight might not be as comfortable talking about health, so try and be aware of the person you are talking to's feelings.

Here are some questions and statements commonly used when talking about health.

"How do I find a good gym?"
"What vitamin supplements do you use?"
"How often do you go to the doctors to get a regular check up?"
"Now that I am getting older, I wonder what I have to do to stay healthy."
"I need to find a good way to exercise without putting too much pressure on my knees."

You may also find yourself asking some of these questions:

"Have you ever been on a successful diet?"
"Have you ever tried yoga?"
"Have you ever used a personal trainer?"
"Do you belong to a gym?"
"How do I find information on diet?"
"What is some healthy food?"
"Should I use a weight loss system/company?"
